Management Development - Works micromanagement!

Going into the details of everything that each of your people do it, will really hurt your relationship with them. Sure, there are times when their hands should be held, and then there are moments in which they must be quite sensitive to their needs to back off and let them learn on their own.

In fact, sometimes you have to strengthen yourself, but that's how a child learns to do things wrong - so it's OK to walk away and let it happen.

However, if you have your nose in everyone else works, you are going to have no space to do the management, because it will be filled to do!

It loses personal and are exhausted. We can not and should not do it.

So, what's this about, 'micro-Works', you ask?

Well micromanaging works if you micromanage. Going into detail of what you do, how often and why are some bad habits that need to stay dirty.

Looking at their point of view from someone else (! Ask someone, anyone) sometimes it works well - as does sit down with yourself and find out what the problems are still coming up, from time to time.

Then do something else - because there's an old adage that 'if you keep doing the same thing, you get the same results. "

Micromanaging so that you will really go into detail of what needs to be changed - and then try something new. Look or ask others how they are successful and give it a go.

The important thing here is that you might want to checkout the matter of 'what you do' and see if it can be improved.

Really dig deep on this and you will find some interesting challenges to your methods of work - but you have to be brave and honest about it or you will do the same, with the same ... Well, you know the rest, is not it!

Once you start, you'll see the little things to do, which may be modified, step-by-step.

Change yourself starting points the way and creates a inner conviction that you can make a difference - even with the things that were a challenge in the past .......
