Con-Fusion

The first question about the jumble of boxes must be: who benefits from these financial institutions? My answer, cynical, I know, is very simple: the political class. Read that right: not citizens, even to the depositors, less so abstract that even called "the region?, But to the politicians. Who will lend the face a million euros to buy shares of a major infrastructure company and thus become the second private investors with large capital gains the same? Neither you nor I, but the president of one box, named, of course, for political parties. Who would forgive the unpaid loan payments? Neither you nor me, but to the happy games.

Who has amassed the provincial department of a party, the post of deputy and counselor of some box? Neither you nor I, but a lucky politician. We mergers or confusion. Are they necessary? Of course, mergers, not actual confusion, because the banks have reduced their net interest income, have more delinquencies, are loaded with overvalued properties and solar refinancing has become more expensive. Having joined earlier, they would diversify risk and have more financial muscle today to face the crisis. And, since to do so, both the Bank of Spain and experts recommend that the union is Interregional and would build synergies, avoid duplication ... and, above all, drawing lots political use and abuse of the respective regional governments. Paradoxically, in a state where there is no central bank it is in Brussels Taifa different governments crave regional stools where settling his buttocks. As evidence, they have placed a former regional president in charge of Bancaja, wanted to do the same in the BBK and can claim the same after the merger of Caja Duero and Caja Spain. What not? Well, do we still have much con-fusion before the end of this tortuous serial serials.

Necessarily be re about it.
