What is fatigue?


Fatigue is a symptom rather than a specific disease or disorder. While it is common to have the occasional day where you feel tired and less energetic than usually people who suffer from fatigue feel tired and lethargic all the time and seems to lack energy.

Affecting the body and mind, the long periods of fatigue can severely impair your daily life and make even the simplest of life's responsibilities difficult to cope. The physical and mental fatigue is the first sign that the body is being damaged and placed under unhealthy stress.

While many cases of fatigue can be corrected with changes in nutrition, environment, stress levels or sleep patterns, can also be a symptom of a deeper problem.
