Problem The problem is not

Problem The problem is not

It is undeniable that all things happen to us humans. And we looked at each event through crystals of various colors, with the color you use as a filter that will determine our unique and particular reality of life. We can see the facts as dramatic problems, tremendous, catastrophic, intractable, or we see them as a learning opportunity, evolution and change. We sat with our dark glasses to expect that the problem is solved thanks to some divine plan or we can replace them by others to start looking at the world from another perspective. We focus on what is wrong or bad or we can change the orientation of our focus to concentrate on what is right and the resources we have to solve what we call problems. We saturate our minds with negative thoughts that put us in a position away from the more victims of the solution, or we can choose to turn and take charge to lead us to become protagonists of our own destiny.

If we recognize that we often have a pessimistic view on the events to see life as a perennial problem and acting accordingly, but the choice is to take charge of our own lives, we can begin to build what is called "resilience?. This term comes from physics and refers to the ability of a material to recover its original shape even after being subjected to a pressure that eventually deforming. Applied to humans, resilience is the ability of an individual or a social system to develop positively despite the adversities and even beyond, since the goal is to emerge stronger and transformed by the experience, however painful that may result. While we find people who can seem more "resilient? others, we can say that resilience is a capacity that humans of all ages can learn to build.

And how can we build resilience? The following is a brief description of this process, which everyone will choose the strategies that are tailored to their particular way of being in the world.

- Finding and putting to work their own strengths, weaknesses after

- Acting on solutions, not on the causes of the problem

- Substituting rigidity for flexibility

- Stimulating creativity

- Focusing on the circumstances can change, not the ones that can not be changed

- Restoring Hope

- Managing emotions appropriately

- Recognizing that the past can not be changed, but we can learn COMOESTAS influencing our present to make appropriate adjustments today

- Building a framework of healthy relationships

- Creating a family atmosphere of support and containment

- Coping with stress properly

- Accepting the help of one who sincerely offers

- Eliminating unnecessary interpretations of the facts and replace them with ones that are functional

- Accept change as an inherent part of life

- Taking a step every day, however small, towards the objectives

- Caring for body and mind are always available

After presenting this brief information and before the end of the article on this subject that addresses the current psychology, it is interesting to ask:

Why is the development of resilience as competition focused on the solutions is considered vital to maintaining quality of life at levels of excellence? Because it can prevent and eliminate the negative effects that could impact our psychophysical being different situations of our life in the XXI century.

In short, when we talk about strengthening that was hidden during the battle within ourselves to reemerge stronger and live meaningful life you want to live. As we said at the beginning: "The problem is not a problem?.
