Improving your interpretation of things

I've been mentioning that there are circumstances that affect you, is your interpretation of those circumstances. So how do we improve that performance? Here I describe some ways that you can do [...]

The interpretation is as a "label" that you place you are living the experience. Some examples of label are stressful, embarrassing, fear, joy.

Now let's see how you can improve your playing ...

** Before an adverse situation:

The first thing to remember is that any adverse situation has real meaning, especially for some reason this is happening. So, that's what you do, focus on finding the message that this transmitiéndote that situation. For this you can ask yourself the following questions:

- What do you mean this? - What I can learn from this situation? - What really is happening? - What really am I feeling?

Find answers to these questions will help give a better understanding of what is happening at that time. And the best interpretation is that instead of a negative view you will see a positive way.

** Given a positive situation:

In a positive situation, also can give a better interpretation. And often we are doing so well that we can not believe. So this is a good time to give a better interpretation.

How then do something good even better? The best way is as follows:

-Enjoy the moment, what is happening, ask yourself, how much more I can enjoy this moment? -Look for other contexts in which they can apply what you experienced, how I can apply this in other areas of my life?

This is one of the best ways to increase what is already good ...

I ask that you take to practice and to leave a comment below ...
